    MILAN'S PRECEDENTS IN FLORENCE
    4/27/2005
MILAN - Milan have not won at Fiorentina for ten years. The last success dates back to the final round of the 1994-1995 season, on June 4, 1995. After Gabriel Omar Batistuta cancelled out Sandro Melli's opener for Milan, Marco Simone scored a penalty to give the Rossoneri a final 2-1 victory. In the seven consecutive games, played between December 1995 and January 2002, the San Siro side collected three draws (2-2 in 1995-96, 0-0 in 1998-99 and 1-1 in 2001-02) and four defeats (1-0 in 1996-97, 2-0 in 1997-98, 2-1 in 1999-00 and 4-0 in January 2001).

    I see a narrow win...0-1 for us...sheva being decisive!

dont know what to think about this game. Fiorentina has a big name and lot of very good players. But on the other hand the are in(or almost in) the relegation zone. I hope we win, but it will be damn hard!! especially with the psv games in our legs and head.

they won't think about psv because we have a good advantage(although it's not enough yet)... because they are professional they will concentrate only on the next game... it' like starting to think about the juve game 3 weeks ahead of time... although i'd bet my money that juve are already thinking about that game because their entire season depends on it(probably)

Fiorentina got an average defence and midfield, definitly 2 strikers are needed.

I see a win here, unlike Mau The always negative

Btw - Nesta got to be very very careful, one yellow card and the Juve game is in big risk, IMO without Nesta our defence loses it's brain and leader.. Maldini and Stam both needs Nesta to give out their best!

Without him we saw how much PSV created chances..
