    good reply mvb ...

indeed rui is excellent in reading the game ... though i would like him to see improve on his shots! a superb trequartista should also score ... and this is what i miss and it's sad ... becuz he has the tallent ... he must just orientate his shots ... i guess you can practise that no?

In big games rui played pretty well last season ... it's against the smaller teams that we/he struggle ...

    cheers

Milan did what we had to do tats all, we had the offensive chances to kill the game, and we also played badly aswell.

Its not the creating of chances that is wrong with milan, but the finishing. And that is why we need players to make runs from midfield and put more bodies in the box. Two occasions that i saw midfielders follow their runs was seedorfs excellent pass to Rui costa at the back post where rui clipped it over the crossbar, and Where Pirlo tackled the man off a poor GK clearance and then passed to shev AND CONTINUED RUNNING! thus giving milan more options, in which he finally played a perfect weighted *** to pippo who missed.

Therefore as a correction to ur mislayed point MVB (i agreed wholeheatedly with most things but just ur final point Anyways i hope to see a more offensive oriented Milan on monday

it is not our offensive orientation that is at fault here because whatever is said, we had 4 or five clear cut chances, but it is our midfields reluctance to follow up on their runs and get into the box which is at fault.

I wish to see (and think we will see) a more adventurous midfield now though, i think its great to have Rui/Kaká as a RW/RF because we have a better shape to our midfield providing more width and chances to The team to support the attackers in and around the final third of the pitch

I thought it is our 5th trophy.. Our 4th was won in 93 , but we played it only bcoz of Olymique de Marseille's suspension for match fixing back then... I'm not sure thoughw:
