A pretty lethargic game from both sides. Nice goal by Sheva from an excellent Rui cross and there`s been some good movement on occasions. Pancaro has been quite impressive I thought, whilst Pirlo has had one of the poorest games I`ve ever seen him play.

    Baymans half time analysis:

    +first 15 minutes
+Nesta/Maldini central defense rock soild. Porto didn't have a single chance
+overall good pressing. There is always a Milan leg or body to stop the opponents

-After the 15th the biggest part of the game took part in Milans half (but Porto wasn't able to create any real chance)
-When Sheva or Pippo received the ball there was no support from midfield
-AND THE MOST IMPORTANT: a huge amount of individual mistakes (most of them mistimed passes, especially in midfield)

Imo there was no real standout player. But Sheva looked pretty good overall (but was left alone like Pippo most of the time)

Galliani should fine Rui every time he has a shot at goal w: I cant think of a player with such poor shooting boots.

Dreadful 2nd half by Milan and Porto were most unfortunate not to have snatched the trophy. They had sufficient chances to do so w: Hopefully, we`ll see an improvement in both play and attitude when the season starts in Ancona.

Rivaldo`s obviously carried on last season`s form. Two touches and both of which were appalling. Rui was equally poor, if not worse.

Anyway, that`s trophy #1 for the season

From a title to another, the season just started.. And the trophies beginning to arrive

Rui did well in the 1st half only, 2nd half he looked tired, then again the whole team was..

Now after the win, it's time for the gift..

And Sheva's the man for the big matches again..
