[European SuperCup 2003] AC Milan - Porto FC (Montecarlo)

Here's the squad:

MILAN - Coach Carlo Ancelotti has named the players who will leave on Friday morning for Monte Carlo to face Porto in the Uefa Super Cup. Here is the final list:

GOALKEEPERS: Abbiati, Dida, Fiori.

DEFENDERS: Cafu, Costacurta,Kaladze, Laursen, Maldini, Nesta, Pancaro, Simic.

MIDFIELDERS: Ambrosini, Brocchi, Gattuso, Pirlo, Redondo, Rivaldo, Rui Costa, Seedorf, Serginho.

FORWARDS: Borriello, Inzaghi, Shevchenko, Tomasson.

Kaladze and Laursen will join the squad in the trip to Monaco as they are part of the European Champions team who booked their place for the Uefa Super Cup winning the European Champion Clubs' Cup in Manchester.
Also Kakà will follow the team in their trip to Monte Carlo, although he was not included in the list of players named for the match. However, the Brazilian talent could be called up for the Serie A opening match away at Ancona on Monday.

Shame Kaka could'nt play

but there's plenty of time to see his undoubted talents

Great to have San Paolo ready for this big game. Too bad, but it seems Kaka won't be able to play.

Hopefully another international trophy for the Milan to have.:heartp:
