jump into your own conclusion and start a discussion, i don't even need to take part you can handle it by yourself

all i'm saying is that we barerly have significant results from our primavera, firing one man imo cannot change that. but that's just logic speaking, i don't follow the primavera don't see shit of them only hear names names names, ooow this one is promising, nooo this one even more and eventually they might end up at our first team for a year, loaned out, and never return.

My suggestion, which is nothing more then an open door but still... we are now ending an era of a team where the core has played for 10 years at milan, that core should be asked to be involved in the youth training program. i'm talking about inzaghi, seedorf, ambrosini, nesta... it doesn't really matter actually who but use them, they are for sure people who can impress and reach the youngsters.

it's the same for example at ajax where they use, bergkamp, overmars, blind, jonk, davids... kluivert last year trained intensivly with this kid from nec, the kid scored over 20 goals last season in our league.

like i said open door, but i guess it works and if it doesn't work then i know for sure that it's easy for milan to have a look in the kitchen of barca, man utd, arsenal etc.. to see how they work with it.

bottom line, milan chooses to work like this, so for now i don't see many things changing

i think there are coaches that obtain more than the group is worth
then there are coaches who obtain just what the group is worth
and then there are coaches who obtain less than the group is worth

considering the many names we have (even if they might never be good for Serie A) should reach a Final like Varese (it doesnt matter if you wont win)
here we barely obtain (a part Italian Cup primavera) results who a medium little primavera team obtains

the last year i guess, we lost 4 or 5-0 to Genoa :

even considering we (club) get Asses and not young stars, this proves Stroppa is not a coach who can obtain more from a group of limited players

he's been satisfied by the club more than many other primavera coaches.

    let me add
in Genoa-Milan 5-0 (Italian Supercup Final) Zigoni scored twice,
    yes Zigoni
with us, SOMEONE, is responsible for letting sleep certain players (Merkel underperforming, Verdi, Beretta etc) in other places Zigoni (who was pretty quickly judged as useless, not worth us, punished us nicely (or badly)

    Zigoni in certain hands, shines
    Zigoni in certain hands, sucks

sorry Stroppa, you need to be an experienced coach.
all you should do by now is teach the under 10 to kick the ball

yes mau you're right that one man can get the best out of players and another men don't or even demotivated.

but what i ment is, a youth training is most of the time a training of 5-10 years the players will walk through a schedule that is made by many, and they will be trained by many, so that's what i ment.

you can get the best out of a 18yo one, but if the same 18 yo didn't improve since he was 15, then he still misses 3 years of development.
