    Blimey Mau, you like food!

I agree with all you've said I love Italian food, I adore lasagne, and also tomato based pasta dishes, not as keen on creamy based pasta sauce. Cold meats are ace, on boxing day my stepmom does cold meat buffet and leftovers from Christmas day with baked potatoes!

What do you have for Christmas lunch Mau?

I absolutely love Indian food, Curry could be my
favourite food in all honesty, the smell is just
fantastic, a Lamb Bhouna is a beautiful thing!

Roast beef (rare), steak also rare! Cheeses are good, don't tell filli but I love Dutch cheese, and Brie as well! Brie and Bacon, now that's a combination!

We should start a cookery show Mau Mau and Drew's cookery show

What the fuck is a Lamb Bhouna?

It is actually "Bhuna hua Mutton" which means Cooked Lamb in simple English. These coconuts living in Britain and their twisted Indian/Urdu translation to English ... P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C. Fashionable terminology I guess?

Shit .... I just noticed that Mau has added a CLOWN smiley!! Clown Smiley ---> LOL

Pakistani food is like Indian food and then some. Drew ... when I was at Warwick, I avoided local food on purpose! Pakistani food is generally very good as you get a variety of beef, mutton and chicken. Indians don't eat beef because cows are sacred in Hinduism.

Before McDonald's officially launched in Pakistan, they came to Lahore on a scoping visit for 3 days and ended up staying for a month as they tried to assess the taste of Lahorites. Every single day they had a different traditional breakfast and meal. Lahore loves its food. You get all the popular sorts of International cuisine here. Obviously there are no restaurants with Michelin Star chefs like Santi Santamaria, or Nobu but there is plenty of choice of food.

I have a colleague that comes from a city a couple of miles from Lahore. He would be offended if you said that Pakistani food is like Indian. And of course as the annoying turd I am I have to take advantage of that button...
