2 films i really want to see (and will try over christmas) are Hugo (Martin Scorsese) and the new Sherlock Holmes. The new Holmes has the introduction of both Mycroft Holmes and Prof Moriarty. I was disappointed that Daniel Day lewis didnt get Moriarty, but it looks very good from previews.

How could you forget Mission Impossible 4? It has the opening six minutes of "The Dark Knight Rises" in IMAX showings as well. I think the highest profile Christmas movie is Ghost Protocol and then Sherlock Holmes. Hugo is already out. Go and see it now.

This is the second teaser ...... it gives you goosebumps and a chill down your spine at the same time. Rival studios are smart to not open their movies against this epic conclusion of a fantastic trilogy next Summer.

The third trailer of The Dark Knight Rises has been released now. Bane is quite ruthless. I think he is going to be two steps more evil than The Joker in the previous movie. Check it out ...

    Default The Avengers 3D

I saw The Avengers in 3D this afternoon and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend watching this movie. But please don't waste your money in a crappy cinema or a crappy seat in the cinema. Pay for the money seats!

Drew ... you need to go to Star City in Birmingham and watch it in VUE (formerly Warner Village) to see this movie. If I was you, I would travel down to London IF IT WAS SHOWING in THE EMPIRE West End or VUE right next to it. Odeon sucks in the West End. Better yet, fly to Lahore and let me take you to a real cinema which is so damn good here. They have a Barco Projector which speaks for itself. I know this is going to be embarrassing for Filipez if he doesn't know this but Barco is a Belgian brand of projectors and they make the world's best commercial cinema projectors!

Seriously, this movie is so good and epic that it is worth the trip. I was expecting this movie to be good but I was not expecting it to be this good!

The movie is not focused on 3D. It is based on a solid script, magnificent scenes, surprising action sequences and throughly entertaining from the first to the last minute.

I think that Paramount has set the bar so high in this movie that it is going to be very difficult for any movie to better The Avengers. The only movie that can do it is The Dark Knight Rises. It's bad news for the rest of the movies.

The movie is so good that you will want to watch it again. Guaranteed. The audience was going bonkers throughout the movie. I have seen so much applause in any movie. That should be a good enough hint.

I would love to see this in THE EMPIRE which is the reference cinema of the world IMO.
