I will watch the first three Harry Fodders on DVD and then make a decision on it.

Watch IP Man. It is awesome!

This Summer .... FAST 5, Kung Fu Panda II [average 3D but brilliant movie] and Transformers III [excellent movie + excellent 3D] were all excellent. Haven't seen Hangover II, Green Lantern, POTC or Super 8 as yet.

Captain America coming soon. Looking forward to it a lot.

I get the impression that Super 8 is going to be hugely disappointing! Falling Skies had so much potential but so far has been beyond dull! Its one dimensional and boring.

The X Files is the bench mark on all things Alien. They left so much suspense and you never saw the Alien, they would always get close, then nothing. The minute you show a monster or alien, the fear goes. This is why Cloverfield got it right for such a long time, you saw the effects of the monster, the devastation and the fear, but not the monster itself. Suspense is the only way to present such tihngs. Spielberg nailed this in Jaws for such a long time. The music and the camera shots made it scary.

I dont watch Fast and Furious movies, because i love good cars, good movies and good acting

Edit, Ridley Scotts Alien Movies also did this, ok you saw the Alien (which was brilliantly designed by Geiger) but a lot of the time it was not seen, the camera would give an Alien-view shot as it closed in on its prey. less is more!

I agree with the in-house clown here!

P.S. Super 8 might be good. I can't say right now to be honest. It got good reviews.

Just watch Fast & Furious 5 which was released this Summer. It is on a whole new level. Maybe the shooting in Brasil did the trick but this one is an adrenaline rush! It's the best movie of the series by far.
