Torres is a proven big game player now IMO. He has done it with the best in the EPL and the UCL so in my book he is a top striker and his mental toughness is super to complement his skills.

Benzema and Aguero have to show more. The talent and skill is there but there is room for a lot more. I mentioned the other day that you don't need service to show how good you can be. Today was an example of just that on how Torres was tormenting the Utd. team all afternoon with or without service. That's the indication of a special striker. I feel sooooo bad we let him go. What a bummer of a decision just because he was SPANISH.

We let him go to get Pato, so I don't really mind that.

But yeah, he is my dream signing.

I agree that Torres is an animal but from what I saw of him Benzema is a beast. Benzema is still very young(21/22?) while Torres is about 26 IIRC so Benzema still has the chance to raise himself to Torres' level.

Other than that another very good forward who might be on the market come the summer is Tevez. I realise he is not a prolific striker but he is a very hard worker and I think he would compliment Pato excellently. Trouble is he is owned by MSI and I would rather us not deal with them as they are dodgy.
