One good thing about Inzaghi and Pato is that it gives Pirlo a lot of options. Inzaghi and Pirlo do have a good understanding, Inzaghi's good run and sky-clear intentions meet Pirlo's genius. There is so many examples of them two combining. Just look at one of Inzaghi's goals against Shaktar away from home. Brilliant from both of them.

Pato on the other hand is good (fast) at running in depth (though that understanding with Pirlo, Seedorf and Kaká hasn't developed quite yet) plus he is good at getting down deeper and meeting balls.

Pirlo will be the supplier to Kaká as well. And the fullbacks. Keep Pirlo free from trouble, and I hope those mentioned players will run and show themselves. If that happen, things can work out nicely.

Unless Pirlo is completley hampered by Arsenal players, I hope and believe he is the key tonight Milan. With Seedorf out, he is the only one on the pitch capable of consistently giving other players the tools to succeed.

Too bad Pirlo has been extremely poor. Therefor, the supplyline is cut out for Kaká, Pato and Inzaghi. If he doesn't shape up, things truly can turn bad.

Poor, poor, poor. Outplayed and out of gas.

Hopefully someone will make Pirlo an espresso at half-time.
