thats how i see it, we are better equippd than 05, i think we were guilty of underestimating last time, also the 5 man midifeld gives us more strength, i think it will be a bonus that we are no longer built round shevchenko

I have to take my hat off to him. But Ancelloti has gradually altered milans formation into a 4231 but it is more of a 4213. Its taken the best part of the season, But even kaká sees now that he is pretty damn effective 10 yards closer to the goal, with Seedorf backing him up.

I believe most of this was done out of reaction to not having a pure striker to play, therefore he has groomed Kaká into a second striker. However also i think it was because it has solidified the midfield, and we do look more like the compact midfield unit of the 03/04 season of the league again.
