Welcome to Pozzi (come the summer), bye bye to Borriello. I just hope that this one actually proves his worth after a string of, well, failures you`d have to say ;)

I dont think you can expect Pozzi to make it in the 1st team!
In the meantime, Nando Torres's asking price is $30m..

Well, his stats doesnt look to convincing, did anyone see him play?

he is in some Italy Under NT i guess
his stats arent that great but for his age he should still play with Primavera or even a younger team.

this reminds me actually of gaffredi ... also bought at this age but then totally faded away in serie B ...
i think primavera attackers have nothing to learn at milan ... they should be loaned out to belgium or holland after a while ... aliyu is doing great at standard lately i must say ... doesnt play much but when he enters he always scores ... that's a proof that our competition is also a pretty good trampoline for the rest of the world ...
stanic at bruges once, now balaban ........ not that bad players ... holland is even better ... also a mediocre team would be happy to sign these kind of players ... in holland at a young age you can learn a lot!
buffel ea ... serie B in holland and now star of feyenoord is a good example of a youth system that works ... and italians are better players than belgians lol :) so why do we keep our primavera ... then loan out to serie B to never see em again? ... i think that policy is not the right attitude becuz nothing comes from them ... :s at least regarding attackers!
cheers

Well hopefully we have acquired a young Italian who can actually do something for us for a change  Best of luck Nicola!

In his age category (U17) he scored 25 goals in 19 matches, while since playing in Cesena A team he scored 4 goals in 17 matches (almost none as starter). Stats are not convincing? Well, maybe we have different standards, but looks very promissing to me. 4 goals in 17 matches? Borriello would kill for such stats:D :D
On more thing, it's being reported that he will play the Viaregio tournament in February with Primavera and join the first team after that.
Good luck Nicola!!

Pozzi scored 25 goals in 19 matches in "gli allievi nazionali".
I've read he will play a tournament for our Primavera, and then join the first squad.

For about 6-8 months.
I didnt know that Pozzi wasnt a starter in those games. Also Borrielo had a simular record before joining us.

Still Spain's Nando Torres is much welcomed!
In recent years we havent had any luck with these Italian starlets, the list starts with Saudati, Comandini, Graffedi... And ends up with Borriello. Other Non-Italians like Kutuzov and Aliyu (spelling) didnt live up to expectations as well..

yasser ... aliyu is doing great with standard ... at this moment and kutusov has a good season so far with avellino that sucks so much ;) ... i dont say kutusov is ronaldo but as 4th striker certainly better than borriello imo
cheers

Better then Boriello but still not Milan level. Even not a level of 3 seria striker at some Bologna or Perugia IMO.
